Lily Dia is a doctor of currently unknown origins who consumed the Chuu Chuu no Mi, lending to her prowess and abilities as a doctor.
Appearance
Dia is a short woman with a medium build and long blonde hair that goes past the small of her back; she also has two white bows tied neatly into her hair. She wears a black 'v' cut dress and lacy white trimmings that give a slight maid-like appearance. Dia appears to have some large shoulder plates adorned upon her dress along with arm-length gloves and thigh high heeled boots.
She appears to carry herself with a rather scornful mentality and one of haughty demeanor as well.
Personality
Dia has a very ill-favored look on her face a majority of the time and carries herself very pridefully with her hand on her hip, even when she walks. As a doctor, she does not have very well-meaning bedside manner and would sooner stick a needle into an unsuspecting patient before trying to put them at ease.
She has little patience for a lot of things and wants things to move fast, because she was always living a fast-paced life. In her mind, there is no room to move slowly especially when living the life of a doctor.

Abilities
Dia has very steady hands and is very good with them, and she uses this as a demolitions expert. She constructs and builds her own bombs of different varieties, ranging from simple explosives to landmines meant to trap her opponents. The speed at which she can construct them on the fly is almost inhuman.
Devil Fruit
Dia ate the Chuu Chuu no Mi, turning her into an Injection Human. It is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to create syringes and hypodermic needles of varying sizes, some of which replace her hands although she prefers to use them apart from her body.
