The name is made from fusing the words Meat (Niku) and Spice (Koumi) from the reason why the product was named and how we call repetitive emails to be.
Appearance
The fruit looks primarily like Spam in real-life. Spam might be unknown to the world of One Piece, it can be called Niku Niku no Mi (Meat Meat Fruit), or should be called Spamu Spamu no Mi to not make up names.
Strength
Allows the user or the objects he touches to repeat an action in maximum of five seconds. (much like a repeating film) The situation plays forward normally but rewinds quickly. The user and the objects he's effecting experiences the exact same moment until the user decides to stop.
Weaknesses
The only way to stop to repetitiveness is to interrupt it, if you're not effected by the user. Explosions, creations and luck can all be repeated.
Named Moves
Spam Mail: The user speaks repeatedly and identically until the user wishes to stop.
Spam Attack: The user can cause an attack to repeat. If the attack connects, the target experiances the same thing repeatedly.
Spam Block: The user repeats a blocking moment repeatedly to delay the situation.
Spam Bot: The user causes an object to repeat an action repeatedly.
Spam Hausen: The user makes an action partially of his body. Making it more easier to control. (like the arms are spamming while the legs are acting normal)
