The Qíng Qíng no mi (Tattoo Tattoo fruit) is a paramecia type devil fruit that allows the user to control and animate tattoos that are on the users body. After consuming the Tattoo Tattoo fruit the users body gains tattoo.

Appearance Edit

The fruit looks like a white melon that has black paint splatters with a black stem.

Strengths Edit

The major strength of this fruit is that it allows for tattoos to come to life. The users body will be able to make any tattoo or ink on his skin pop out of the skin and then he will be able to control the size and use it to his will. Exp: If the user had long line on him then he would be able the take it and change the shape to use it like a whip. The Tattoo Tattoo fruit also allows the use to control any ink on the skin not just tattoos. It also grants the user the ability to recall any tattoo to the same spot that it was originally. Also gives the user the power to bring the tattoo the element the the tattoo is. EXP:if there was a fire tattoo it could burn like fire. The Tattoo Tattoo fruit can also equip the tattoos as an item EXP:If there is a gauntlet tattoo the user can equip the gauntlet. Also if a tattoo is faded by water it can regenerate and the tattoos can't fade over time.

Weaknesses Edit

Aside from the standard devil weakness the Tattoo Tattoo Fruit has the weakness of water as if there is a tattoo that is off the body, water can make the tattoo retreat back to the body or fade the tattoo so it is unuseable for a time for the tattoo to regenerate.

Usage Edit

The current user uses the tattoo tattoo fruit to create massive snakes that are attached to the body so there don't drop on to the floor so they are stay next to him. Also he uses tribal tattoos to reinforced punches and kicks.

Attacks:
Ink Snake: Ethan animates snake tattoos and grows them so that they massive, also they are still attached to the body so they can be moved around.
Tattoo Snakes
Ink Fist: Ethan Has Patches of Just Ink being able to form gauntlets out of them so it backs for a reinforced punch
