The Rēzā Rēzā no Mi is a very unique Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to emit lasers from any parts of their body. This makes the user a Laser Human and it was eaten by Gate.
Strengths and Weaknesses[]
A major strength of this Devil Fruit, as demonstrated by Gate, is that the user is able to fire strong lasers at great speed. These lasers are strong enough to pass through several buildings destroying the on contact. Gate is also able to fire lasers from his feet that allows him to fly through the air.
However, a weakness is that this Devil Fruit seems to be at a disatvantage against faster Devil Fruit users.
Usage[]
Gate is able to use this Devil Fruit in a varitey of ways.
Attacks[]
- Rēzā Jū (meaning Laser Gun): Gate's basic attack. Gate fires multiple lasers from his fingers that can pass through others. By also combining this attack with Haki, this attack can be deadly to Logia users.
- Rēzā Ōbu (meaning Laser Orb): Gate forms a circle with his hands and fires lasers inside them until the form into an orb. Gate can then throw this laser-filled orb at high speeds and the impact will result in an explosion. This move is also known as Laser Bomb or Orb Bomb.
Trivia[]
- Many would confuse this devil fruit as a Logia. However, this was confirmed as normal objects and attacks cannot pass through him but Gate is able to use his powers to dodge the attacks at high speed.
- This also appears to be a Paramecia verison of the Pika Pika no Mi as both allow the user to move at light speed and use light-themed attacks. However, the Pika Pika no Mi is considered faster, but weaker while the Rēzā Rēzā no Mi is considered slower, but stronger.
