Umi is the founder and leader of the Yaseik Organisation. He became the biggest ennemy of the World Government.
Appearance[]
Umi is short but tall for his age, his eyes and hair are blue. He usually smile, even during serious momment, the only time we saw him with an other face was when he got kicked from his hometown.
He is seen wearing a waterproof coat and normaly holds an umbrella. He also has a pair of jeans
